Our Team
Every home is run by a small, consistent team who get to know the children in their care properly — registered managers, support workers and therapists, all trained to work with trauma, attachment and complex behaviour.
Registered & Deputy Managers
Lead each home day-to-day, holding Ofsted registration and accountability for the quality of care, staffing and safeguarding.
Residential Support Workers
The consistent, day-to-day presence in each home — supporting routines, relationships and the small moments that build trust.
Therapists
Provide individually tailored therapeutic input, and work closely with the wider care team to keep support joined up.
